Ascaso Dream vs. Francis Francis - Espresso Retro Design

We were hesitant about which coffee/espresso machine to purchase to fit into our redecorated home. The final decision had to be between: Ascaso Dream for ground coffee or pods preparation in a nice Red color; OR the Francis Francis x7 model for capsules only. Both designs are appealing - Retro style, which we definitely digg! Took us time to understand what the difference is between pods and capsules , we researched what type of coffee we'd get out of them. I like strong espresso with loads of good crema and a bitter after-taste in my mouth. The final decision has been made, we went with the Ascaso Dream . For various reasons: Ascaso Dream is versatile; meaning that it can be used either with pods from all E.S.E (easy serving espresso) label, OR with (freshly) ground coffee. Coffee as a status-identifier; ) Amongst the hi-techists and bourgeoisie in Israel, for those who enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, a sophisticated coffee-machine comes in handy. People started to really become interested in coffee, have they realized the advantages of coffeine? Surely, they have a long time ago.. Culture in a cup has become a new facon in people's homes. The morning Espresso had to be strong and freshly grounded. And there it is, a machine that does it all with a minimum of effort, just press :"Espresso", put your cup, wait 10 seconds.. "Your espresso is ready!" As seen with all technological advanced gadgets, they all become accessible to the large masses and the different layers in a fraction of an instant, so, here we are; coffee-machines too are becoming a new trend in common people's homes. Fell in love with the bean

We bought a really cool & sophisticated coffee-machine calledGaggia Brera, It grinds my coffee-beans on the spot and even says Good Morning & Good Evening, "rinse me", "add beans"... It's a wonderful coffee-machine! (we both completely love that thing!) So, we were happy... but not forever. When we ran out of beans, we started looking for more... It was unbelievable, no coffee-beans to be found in Israel for a good price, it seemed unthinkable to live like that!
